I would add the Olympics and World Championships as one of the GOAT Criteria, that battleground involves the world and not just USA, being the GOAT of a Sport should also include the world. Try addressing this again, after you had time to think about it, which I’m guessing you have by now. It was Christopher Smith who ran back the blocked field goal and yes he knew what he was doing. He told the story at a touch down club a week after the game. He said they are taught if the ball lands past the line of scrimmage on a blocked field goal they are to let it go, but he saw the ball,.bent over to pick it up, looked at a ref and the ref looked at him and nodded as if to say, yeah go ahead it's still a live ball, so he picked it up and started running...it was a funny story on how he told it.

The game is in Jacksonville Florida. They play the Georgia/Florida game in Jacksonville every year and have for a long time The running back for Florida, Etienne, now plays fir Georgia lol. He transfered to Georgia for the 2024 season
